Wet to dry hair straighteners?

are wet to dry straighteners good? sounds too good to be true, but it would be great to skip blow drying. I have semi-wavy hair so it doesnt take much to straighten it, i just like the smooth look. You think these things could cause a lot of damage to ur hair?

It all depends on the brand. The one I have works really well, the instruction guide has a chart of temperature ranges that will get the best results for your individual hair type. I would reccomend also getting a deep conditioner that is meant for dry or damaged hair to use once a week, to keep your hair healthy - ones you leave on for 3 minutes and then rinse.

I use a Remington Wet2Straight ceramic straightener, and I love it.

Hope this helps.

DO NOT GET IT i have one and it dosent work worth crap!!! you have to go over one section of hair like 5 times to dry it and a few more times to straighten it. ITS A PICE O CRAP

I have semi wavy hair too. The best thing I have found is a blow drier and a brush. I use a regular brush for straight and a big round one for a little curl at the end. This way when I am done blow drying I am done.

well, i have a wet to dry hair straightener, and it works well, but your hair shouldn't be completely wet when straightening. straightening while damp is the best idea if you dont have time to wait until your hair is completely dry. These don't cause damage to your hair either way tho.

Good luck :)
