Are all hair straighteners the same?

And if they aren't, I have to get mine from Wal Mart, what woul dbe the best brand/type to buy there? Anything else I should know about using hair straighteners? Thanks, I appreciate it!

Are all hair straighteners the same?

Any hair straightener is heating your hair which in turn damages it. So any should be fine. If someones tells you different they are just trying to make a buck! :)

Are all hair straighteners the same?

No. Walmart straighteners will damage your hair. Your best bet is a CHI which costs $129.99, but wont damage your hair and will actually make it look its straightest and best.

Are all hair straighteners the same?

no, Some can get up to 400 degrees or 270 degrees or more!, The best one i ever had and i still do. Its called wet-to-straight...that works great! they should have it at Wal Mart :]

Are all hair straighteners the same?

No, there are many different kinds with many different price ranges. Chose one that has a ceramic plate, that wont damage your hair!

Are all hair straighteners the same?

Definitely one with a ceramic plate. Either way the heat from the iron will damage your hair. I bought my CHI off eBay and saved a ton of money. But, like said before..you are paying more for the name, as with anything. As far as Wal-Mart I don't know much about the brands they sell.

Are all hair straighteners the same?

Are all hair straighteners the same?
