My friend was dying her hair, and had to put this conditioner stuff in it. She thought she had washed it all out, and dried her hair as normal. When she came to straighten her hair, after a while she found that white sticky residue from the conditioner was on the ceramic plates of her straighteners. Does anyone have any idea how she can get the stuff off of it?

with it unplugged, a damp sponge that has a little shampoo on it. rinse repeat....lol

Sometimes it feels like it is all out, but it isn't. Mabe it soaked into her hair like it is supposed to, but the flattener brought it out again.
