which brand of hair straighteners do u use and why do u use them/find them good..

im juggling between a few brands (vidal, ghd, remington etc.. ) but unsure of which to get for the best value AND quality!

Great Question by the way as I to know all to well how badly the right hair straightener means to ones hair,and if your hair is anything like mine even if it isnt,This hair straightener HANDS DOWN....is the Remington wet2Dry...This Hair Straightener makes your hair so straight in only a few moments ,you just get out of the shower with clean towel dry hair just dmp and away you go,it works magic...No Jokes and is a great buy for your money,it really isnt all that exspensive,and it is worth it and even more..so go get yourself 1 gurl wats ya waiting for,after using the straightener perferrably after you starighten your hair spray in a little hair conditioner or smooth in a sraightning balm cuz if you use this before you straightenen your hair you will only burn up the straightener as the heat that comes off it will burn you,so be safe,butits pointless to put this in before because it will only evaporate and ruin the straightener in the long run plus maybe even brake some hair,The reason I say after is to add jus a little moisture to your hair 1 to prevent fly aways...lol static and 2.the straightener even though it wont completely dry out your hair ,i think its always a good idea to play it safe,plus it keeps your stle in longer and your hair straighter for a couple dayz...Good Luc Girlfriend...Trust me go with the Reming ton wet2dry,offers a lock key for a good grip on the perfect size straightening bar not to fat and not to skinny,also,you can use it on wet or dry hair,its an item every gurl should own...itys 5 stars to me...again enjoy it.hope i helped

Ghd, it's the best, i straighten my hair in the mornings and it stays straight all day, even when i do sport and when it's really hot. all other straighteners i've used only keep my hair straight for a couple of hours.

I have a "Straight to the Maxx" straightener by Revlon.

It's a great straightener, well-priced ($30), and keeps my hair looking great all day long. Not only that, but it's easy to use and pink :)

i have only tried VS (vidal sassoon) but it works real well! its used in all major salons and its relatively affordable too! like even after a whole day at the gym, sweat and all, the hair still is straight and silky smooth...also, its rather user-friendly, takes a short while to heat up, and if you buy the combi pack, there's different changeable heating plates to curl or frizz your hair for different styles everyday! so...go for vs!

definatly a chi but don't get the colored ones...just get the plain black one.

Ghd's are brilliant. They are really smooth, they don't pull on your hair and they have the most amazing results. My hair is naturally quite wavy, I use my ghd's every morning, and my hair stays straight all day and it not damaged.
